Black Label Wash & Condition is the shower half of beard care. Lather & Steel Beard Shampoo to wash out the day. Rough & Rinse Beard Conditioner worked in for one or two minutes, then rinsed. Then your oil or balm, if you use one.

That’s why these two go together. Regular shampoo strips coarse beard hair and leaves the skin under it dry. This wash cleans without that, and the conditioner gives the hair enough slip to comb through like it’s supposed to.
