Return and Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Because of hygiene and product safety standards, opened skincare and personal care products cannot be returned and are final sale.

To request a return or refund, contact us at info@innesagelessbeautyllc.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a clear photo of the damaged or defective item, and a brief description of the issue.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions, including the return shipping address. Do not send any item back before receiving return authorization from us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by us in writing.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refund requests for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must include your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, all opened skincare and personal care products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds based solely on personal preference regarding a product’s scent or texture.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different product, a new order must be placed separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the policy above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification, where required by applicable law.

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an eligible EU return, contact us at info@innesagelessbeautyllc.com. If the return is authorized, we will provide the return instructions and appropriate return shipping address.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your authorized return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
